In front of a magnificent mountain panorama, in the middle of meadows and forests, a small holiday paradise awaits you on our 70-hectare estate, with a riding stable, children's playground, barbecue area and garden. Your 60 square meter apartment with two bedrooms, a kitchen, a spacious living / dining room, bathroom and balcony also has a large garden with lawn, garden shed with terrace and garden furniture and barbecue area, for your sole use! The apartment has been completely renovated and furnished to a high standard and is located on the first floor of a very carefully renovated house. The entire apartment is furnished with elegant furniture made from oiled wild oak and real carpets. The balcony with its teak furniture is ideal for breakfast in the sun. In the spacious living room with leather sofa and leather armchairs and flat screen TV there is also a large dining table with four chairs. One of the two double bedrooms is also equipped with a flat screen TV.
Next to you is the caretaker's apartment and another 120 sqm apartment on the ground floor.
Immediately after the holiday home is the extensive children's playground, where your little ones can romp around to their hearts' content. From the house there is a circular trail around the entire estate, ideal for a walk with your four-legged friend, as well as numerous hiking trails through the wonderful landscape of the Berchtesgadener Land.
At the well located riding stables there are riding possibilities on a school horse for children and adults. Riding lessons can be arranged with the riding instructor upon arrival. We ask you to discuss the possible availability with the riding instructor.
