Dating from the early 1800's the new owners have recently updated it with a small pool and fresh interiors all the while conserving its beautiful traditional loyalist cottage features. The house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Upstairs you will find the grand master bedroom with a king sized four poster bed overlooking the harbour and an adjoining bathroom in the hallway. There is also a charming twin bedroom upstairs that can be converted to a second king if needed, equally with its own bathroom. The third bedroom is downstairs with a queen sized bed and an ensuite bathroom for ultimate privacy. The spacious open-plan living area downstairs includes the cozy living room and the bar area. The front porch feels like a natural extension of the living room thanks to the floor to ceiling windows. The fully fitted Kitchen leads straight onto the back covered patio, where you can enjoy a lovely al fresco dinner for 8 or take a dip in the newly constructed pool after a long day at the beach. The property is conveniently located in the heart of town with a grocery store, bakery, coffee shops and deli within walking distance. The main dock can be reached on foot and the famous Pink Sand Beach is less than 15 min away and only a few minutes in a golf cart. The home is locally managed, which includes daily housekeeping, central AC, wireless internet, cable TV, Reverse Osmosis System in the kitchen. The house also has its own generator, so you won't be troubled if the power goes out which sometimes happens on this little Island. The Pool comes with a heater for the colder months which can be used for an additional fee of
$250 a week. There is a refundable damage deposit of $3,000. No children under the age of 10 years allowed. Babies are welcome as long as they are not old enough to walk.
