Nestled in the Pines of North Rehoboth, this upscale home offers ample off-street parking, a generous five-bedroom floor plan, and a private backyard oasis. First and second-floor porches expand to the entire width of the home, allowing multiple seating and relaxing options.
The first floor features a den that leads into the open dining room, kitchen, and great room areas. Built-in cabinetry in the entry hallway and along the dining room wall, along with a wine cooler, refrigerator, ice maker, and separate sink provide an example of the well-designed floorplan. The kitchen marries the space between the dining room and great room with miles of countertops and cabinetry, a breakfast bar, and island seating options. The great room boasts soaring ceilings, tons of natural light, and a gas fireplace. The first-floor suite is conveniently located and allows access to the porch.
