A very comfortable, modern multi-level one-bed room unit available in the ARK available for your vacation stay! The unit is in town, park and forget your car! One parking spot behind the building with a Rehoboth Beach parking tag for parking near the beaches.
The condo is fully equipped with TV (basic service) and WIFI. A fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop is on the first level. The second level includes the bathroom with washer/dryer and bedroom. The third level is the living level with a wet bar and balcony looking over the main street.

Summary: What a great location for a beach rental. The location cannot be beat. The condo was close to restaurants, shopping and of course the beach. This rental was the perfect size for two people to get away for a few days. The condo was very clean. The owners were awesome and very accommodating to our needs.
