• Unapproved late check-outs will be charged $50 for every 30 minutes after 10 AM.
• A $500 fine per pet will be charged if you bring an undisclosed pet(s).
• Quiet hours from 9 PM - 9 AM. There is a $500 fee for any parties or events thrown in the home which caused disturbance to the neighbors and disturbance during quiet hours.
