Summary: Great place for a get-away. Pros Lovely place - in a very peaceful road. Great having 2 bathrooms. Owners very welcoming and helpful both while in Sardinia and with general communication before we left. Beaches in the area are wonderful every one we visited had nice clean sand with rock outcrops round the edges - made for great sunbathing and snorkeling For those nervous of driving abroad like me - I found it easy and pleasurable with very few cars on the road. Hired car from Airport easy and quick. Weather was great in October 26C and sunny all day. Evenings only dropped to about 20C Cons The apartment is up a very steep hill and I would say more then 250m from beach. My wife who has trouble walking could not walk to beach - had to drive down hill then walk. Not sure if older people would have same problem. October is quieter but seemed like supermarkets had limited food (best shop in CAGLIARI in Hypermarket) Was not that impressed with restaurant food - I think I was expecting Italian food but got Sardinian which I did not enjoy as much. Would I go again - In a shot - loved it!
