Magnificent luxury house Xiscama ideal for a peaceful holiday in Alcudia. Located in the Bonaire area, it gives us the perfect mix of sea, mountain and tranquillity, just a few minutes walking from the town of Alcudia.
The house has impressive exteriors and unbeatable views. Xiscama has a high-quality furnished terrace with wooden flooring, a perfect chill-out area for relaxation and a 6x5m saltwater pool with panoramic sea views. On the same floor, the house has a barbecue ideal for perfect culinary moments.
On the upper terrace, we find a jacuzzi and a sunbed area where you can have fun and relax by taking a peaceful bath or enjoying the sun in summer.
Inside the house we find a large, well-lit living room equipped with a table for 8 people and a large sofa to relax on. The kitchen is equipped with everything essential to enjoy the holidays without worries. Xiscama has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of them en suite. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the others have two single beds each.
We also found a living room equipped with a table, a sofa and a spectacular billiards table to laugh while playing with friends or family. In the house we also found a ping pong table to continue enjoying the house's activities.
