Lovers of the countryside and the vineyards, come and spend your holidays in Sancerrois, 2 hours from Paris, between Sologne and Morvan. 8 km (5 min. By car) from the medieval town of Sancerre. In the heart of the vineyard and on the Jacques Cœur route, this 150 m2 family house, located at the foot of the vineyards of a place called Reigny, will welcome you with family or friends.
You can relax by the heated swimming pool, visit the vineyards of Sancerre (8km), Pouilly (15 km) and Menetou Salon (15km), walk through the doors of the cellars and share your passion for wine. You can taste the equally famous Chavignol goat cheese, or even reach the banks of the Loire (10 minutes by car) for magnificent bike rides.
The Loire by canoe (Saint Satur, 15 minutes by car) will take you to discover unspoiled nature. If you are fishermen, you will tease the frying, or for the more seasoned, you will provoke pike perch or catfish.
Sports enthusiasts will not be outdone: still in Saint Satur on the banks of the Loire, you will find the Tennis Club and its open summer tournament (2 indoor and 5 outdoor courts), as well as an 18-hole golf course.
And finally, if you just want to do nothing, the pool and deckchairs overlooking the vineyards await you.

The swimming pool is disinfected by salt electrolysis, which avoids any irritation of the eyes or the skin. It is heated to a minimum of 26 degrees. This swimming pool is equipped with remote controlled technology allowing daily temperature control. It is secured by an alarm that complies with security standards. This does not in any way prevent the permanent vigilance of adults towards the smallest. It is cleaned weekly. If you stay in the house for more than a week, we will come and clean it every Saturday. You are strongly advised to use the bubble cover in the evening or during long daytime exposures in order to preserve the water temperature.
Message for children: remember to put the armbands in the pool and remind your parents that despite the audible alarm, the best surveillance for you is them!
Optional cleaning costs: 80 euros. If you stay more than a week, you can request a cleaning service during your stay, at your expense.
If you are coming with a small child, ask for the baby pack early: changing table in the downstairs bathroom / umbrella bed / cane stroller / baby cook (which is not first generation but which helps out well during the holidays). Toys and board games are also available.
3 bikes (2 adults 1 teen) are in the garage at your disposal.
Sorry, pets are not accepted, even if the cats in the neighborhood have a habit of coming to drink a bowl of milk.
Smoking is tolerated outside the house. We remind them that the flower boxes are not ashtrays, that the lawn is synthetic and that the nicotine contained in cigarette butts is not excellent for the balance of the water in the pool :-)
We regularly live in this house. This is why hope you will feel at home there as soon as you arrive. The kitchen cupboards are not entirely empty, a grocery store is at your disposal (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, soaps ...). The important thing is not to break the chain: if you finish an element, consider replacing it for the following occupants.
