In Mornac sur Seudre, classified as "Most Beautiful Villages of France", a "Charentaise" with a dominant view of the roofs and the Seudre. Cool in summer, this charming house will be ideal for a “Discovery” vacation. Comfortable, well equipped and central. Outside terrace not overlooked to have a drink, the Port and its boats 5 minutes away. Possibility of swimming in the channel or canoeing. Several restaurants in the village, a bakery. Evening entertainment and concerts.

Ideal location between ocean and marshes, just 15 minutes by car from the first beaches. The terrace, hidden from view, offers a panoramic view of the village, a "full sky" view giving a feeling of great freedom. You have an equipped kitchen (fridge freezer, oven, microwave, coffee makers, toaster, crockery, etc.).
