This stunning house is perfect for those who love the good weather since you can enjoy the beautiful chlorine pool -that sizes 8.5 x 4.5 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1.4 to 2.2 metres-, and the rocky beach that is only 800 metres from the house. So, after a nice morning swimming in the pool or the sea and sunbathing on one of the 6 sunloungers, you can cook a delicious barbecue to enjoy at the terrace or the porch. With a stately air, the house has a spacious living-dining room with satellite TV, a large kitchen with ceramic hob and open to a glazed space where you can also eat, three bedrooms with wardrobe and fan, two bathrooms and an outside toilet. One bedroom has two single beds and the other two have double beds. One double has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, while the other bathroom has a shower.
