105 Surf Court. This beautiful, new beach-side home is just steps from Dauphin Island's Gulf beach front and has everything you will need for the perfect Dauphin Island vacation. The home has an open-concept living area and is approximately 2,200 sq. ft. with large open and covered decks and a large shaded deck under. The home is built at an angle for optimal ocean views. Rolling Tide has all the amenities of your own home. There is beautiful wood-grained ceramic tile throughout the home. 5 flatscreen TVs, (60in smart TV in living area and smart tvs in all the bedrooms). WiFi is provided. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless appliances and lots of cabinet space, washer, dryer, microwave. The home has four bedrooms and four full baths. Bedrooms 1 and 2 (ensuite masters) face the Gulf with king beds and private baths. Bedroom 3 has a king bed, and bedroom 4 has two fulls, perfect for the kids. Pet Friendly. $100 per dog.
