Summary: The hotel has an excellent design but it needs better upkeep. In our room: No light bulbs in a floor lamp; Balcony sliding door could not lock; Safe not working due to dead and corroded batteries; Keycard not working, had to use physical key; Only one bedside lamp worked. However it was clean, the room had a separate toilet area, and the breakfast was excellent.
