Positive: I like that it is in the centre and few steps away from the tram, bus, train station. There's a tram that goes direct to the airport just outside of the hotel. The hotel is just below theZurich university, close to the lake. Staff are smiley and helpful. I brought a wrong power plug and they lent me the one from Switzerland for the rest of our stay. Thanks Legrasse (not sure the spelling). She's the loveliest staff
Negative: No TV, although it's not necessary coz we're outdoors most of the time.
