Positive: Clean, tidy, beautifully authentic Austrian hotel with personal service spacious rooms and fantastic value for money. Nice breakfast and superb coffee in the morning. Also great ski storage room and our gear was dry by morning.
Negative: I kept forgetting to ask for another pillow because the one in the room was a bit thin should have done it sooner I’m sure they would have supplied another
