Summary: I was very disappointed with the hotel during my stay. The room was not pleasant, it was quite dark and the shades created a weird orange color in the room, the room did not have proper air conditioning but rather a fan, the reception closed in the night and there was no staff available to help, in the morning I asked for a dental kit and they had run out, and the breakfast buffet was very simple and not good quality ingredients. I would understand all this from a three star hotel but not a four star hotel at a considerable cost. I would not recommend anyone to stay here except with the simplest expectations, and I certainly did not enjoy my stay.
