Surfers Lodge Policy and Conditions:
1. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is available from 12 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. You can leave your bags anytime in the hostel and enjoy the city. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. A valid passport or a government-issued identity card with a photo is mandatory to check in.
2. Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled check-in time will incur a 50% charge.
3. Age Restrictions: Guests must be 18 years or older to check in without a parent or legal guardian.
4. Payment: Full payment is required upon check-in. We accept cash and credit cards.
5. Pets: Pets are not allowed in the lodge.
6. Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.
7. Noise Policy: Please respect other guests by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 7 AM.
8. Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the property and will be charged accordingly. Upon check-in, the guest receives the room keys, which must be returned at the check-out.The keys gives access to the room. A 5€ charge applies for each keycard that is damaged or misplaced.
9. Safety & Security: Guests are advised to secure their personal belongings. The lodge is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
