Summary: We called to confirm reservation and rooms prior to showing up. When we arrived we were told the rooms got canceled because they attempted to charge the card that was on the reservation and it declined and instead of calling to check and confirm the card, which we were using a different card to pay, they just canceled the room. Said because they were at capacity they couldn’t get the room back and wouldn’t even try knowing we had the reservation and the guy at the front desk was the one who had confirmed initially anyway.
