Amazing location on two bodies of water; Lake Michigan and the Crystal River. Incredible sunset views from the deck overlooking the River, Lake Michigan, the Manitou Islands, and Sleeping Bear Point.
Tube, Kayak, or SUP on the Crystal River all the way out to Lake Michigan. Walk the beach, stroll the riverbank, or walk the boardwalk that stretches for blocks just outside the condo building. Hike or bike the nearby paved Heritage Bike Trail to scenic Northern Michigan destinations.
In the winter, you can enjoy the Homestead Ski hill for downhill excitement. Or, explore the National Shoreline on cross country skis and snowshoes. There are miles of trails inside the resort and more just a short drive away.

You will have access to all of the resorts other amenities that are open to the public such as all the grounds, beach, market, Whiskers and Nonas Restaurants, Ski Hill, Spa, Salon, and Village Shops.
