Collocato all'ultimo piano con ascensore in un contesto degli anni ‘80 rivisto nelle parti comuni e rinnovato grazie alla sopra levatura avvenuta qualche anno fa. L’appartamento studio gode di ogni comfort e di un ambiente pulito e ordinato, adatto a rilassanti e silenziosi soggiorni a Milano, sia per motivi di turismo che di lavoro.
La zona in cui è situato l'appartamento è ben servita da mezzi di trasporto di superficie, a due passi dal Centro Commerciale Portello di Piazzale Accursio dove poter fare shopping e immergersi negli acquisti sia alimentari che non, il centro infatti vanta una gran quantità di negozi, bar, gelaterie, oltre al supermercato Iper, davvero grande e ben fornito di ogni genere alimentare. Situato in zona strategica, sia per chi vuole visitare la città che per chi ha necessità di uscirne velocemente la mattina, data la vicinanza all’autostrada e alle tangenziali milanesi.
