Terrace equipped with outdoor dining area, barbecue and play area with ping pong table. Around the pool you have at your disposal sun loungers to relax and sunbathe. The house is distributed over 3 floors in which there are 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen for greater comfort and tranquility. Ideal house to spend an excellent vacation as it has all the comforts.
The beach is located just 2 km from the villa. The town of Caldes D'estrac has a train station to facilitate your trips to Barcelona and Gerona.
