This magnificent flat with views of the swimming pool from the terrace is ideal for families, couples and friends, as it can accommodate up to 4 people, distributed in two bedrooms, the master bedroom with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, and the second bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub, a large space with kitchenette, dining area, living room with 50’ Smart TV, a comfortable sofa and ceiling fan, all integrated in the same space. It also has direct access from the living area to the terrace, where you can enjoy the good weather of the place.
Located in the heart of Abades, one of the most interesting fishing villages in the south of the island. A few minutes away from the beach and with very good connection to the motorway, perfect to get to know the rest of the island.
The property has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, juicer, toaster, hairdryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, towels, bed linen, cot and high chair, public parking outside, gym in the residential complex and much more.
