Positive: Everything, very nice place
Negative: Everything is great apart from the Yale lock on the front door, which is potentially dangerous as could easily get locked out with phone and keys inside when using the hot tub or other by someone absent mindedly closing it behind them. This could be fixed by replacing it with a lock that requires deliberate locking.
