Positive: They let us have a conference room to continue the party form the wedding we attended
Negative: Rooms weren’t super clean, uncomfortable beds, the bathrooms were dirty and the soap dispensers were all broken in our room
Summary: Staff couldn’t find reservation and blamed me for booking through this app.
