Positive: On our way home from Sioux falls, We were snowed in last minute during a blizzard and had to stay a second night. Manager Monique was so compassionate and accommodating for my mother, Aunt and I. And they offered an evening meal during the blizzard to all guests. It was comforting and satisfying. Staff was friendly and helpful, food was great & our room was phenomenal! For an unexpected delay in our way home and being snowed in, we felt like it was a wonderful vacation with the girls. Thank you so much
Negative: The dryer took an exceptionally long time to dry a fairly decent sized load. 3 whole runs for one load. Otherwise, NOTHING ELSE! it was great
