This rolling tiny house stands on a wonderfully quietly situated country house site with a tranquil garden and a fantastic view of the Satower Land. It is between the Hanseatic towns Rostock and Wismar, only a four-minute drive from the A20 Satow-Kühlungsborn and only 20 minutes from Kühlungsborn.
There is a big lawn including garden chairs and a table, a charcoal grill, a garden shed as a bicycle storage room (upon agreement) and a private parking space.
It is a fully-equipped tiny house with a built-in kitchen, a shower room, a bedroom loft with a kingsize bed, a guest loft for a child, a desk, dining table, sofa corner with a TV and a little veranda.
