The former Buga 2015 locations Rathenow, Premnitz, Rhinow/Stölln and Havelberg are also worth a day trip.
In the neighbouring village of Brielow (3 km) there is a riding stable, a supermarket and a bakery.
Radewege is located on the Beetzsee. The regatta course (6 km) is the venue for kayak/canoe, rowing and motorboat regattas. Culture is also on offer in the summer as part of the cultural summer and a good Greek restaurant invites you to dine and linger.
