150m independent house with 500m garden, 9´ walking to the nearest beach, 300 meters from Foxos beach and 500 meters from Major beach, also very close to A Lanzada beach and 2Km from Bascuas beach and from Montalvo (Sanxenxo, Galicia) ,.
The house has a private enclosed garden of 500 square meters with barbecue, a porch at the entrance to park, and outdoor shower.
It is divided into two floors. On the ground floor: kitchen-dining room-loft room, and bathroom with shower. In the PA: all parquet floor double bedroom with T. V children's bedroom with bunk beds, living room with sofa bed, bathroom with bathtub and balcony.
