The unique, luxury Villa TonKa occupies a spot on the hill in the peaceful rural setting just outside the Labin town centre. This newly built villa offers two floors devoted to opulence and relaxation through modern design perfectly merged into its natural surrounding. Equipped with large swimming pool, infrared bio sauna and private gym it's an absolute pleasure for a dream vacation.
This beautiful, welcoming house is ideal accommodation for eight people. It offers four charming bedrooms with comfortable double beds. Each room features gorgeous, unobstructed view to the nature and bright, luxurious en-suite bathrooms perfect for revitalization after a day in Croatian sun. Separate bathroom with washing machine is provided just by the entrance to the house. Ground floor features a large open space with fully equipped kitchen and beautiful living room. The whole room is enclosed by generous glazed openings towards the swimming pool and terrace, which give this space a special, joyful atmosphere.
The most incredible summer sunsets are enjoyed from villa’s long terrace with breathtaking view over the valley and the old town. Top-tier azure blue pool and spacious infrared bio sauna allow for the all-day relaxation. Fully equipped gym is provided for more active leisure while routes through picturesque Croatian forests and vineyards, numerous bike trails, hiking routes and farms with local animals are just a walk away from the villa. The most extraordinary Croatian coast line with gorgeous beaches is a short ride away and are perfect way to complete your unforgettable, dream vacation in Villa TonKa.
In addition, we can organize for you MTB bike / electric bikes from local bike center (with delivery at the house location) , enduro tour or quad tours. Hiking paths are also nearby and we can provide detailed maps for hiking in autumn or spring.
For wine lovers there is a local Winery on walking distance with delicious wines, cheese plates and local extra virgin olive oil.
During summertime we can offer you boat trips ( with or without skipper) to Cres island or private jet ski tours.
You can choose between Self Check-In and a Host Meeting You at the property.
Clean bedlinens and towels are available upon request once a week.

You will always check in to a clean house and don’t have to worry about cleaning up before you go. This is all included in the rental price.
