The property is decorated in a modern style with top-modern equipments, air-conditioning in all rooms, large open living-room with TV corner, 3 double bedrooms, 2 luxurious bathrooms, additional WC, 3 balconies, own garden for barbeque and terrace. The sea view from the bedrooms, living areas and terraces, uninterrupted is just simply amazing. The pier belonging to the villas'area, only 100m in front of the house, offers the possibility of bathing directly into the sea. Nearest beach is only 500m away and nearest shop about the same. Although the location is peaceful and quiet, the touristic cozy village of Kizkalesi is only 1,5km away and the vibrant city of Mersin with large possibilities for shopping and night-life at one hour by car or bus. Kizkalesi is a popular touristic resort, well-known for its "Maiden's castle" (ruins of a castle build on a little island just 200m away from the beach). Here you can find many restaurants, boutiques, fine sand beach, crystal clear turquoise water and fun night-life during summer. Closeness to main bus route gives the opportunity to explore the beautiful surroundings. Several fine fish and seafood restaurants are located in the harbor nearby and waterside dining can be enjoyed at many of local restaurants offering both Turkish and international cuisine. The surroundings offer endless choices of activities: diving, walking or biking in the mountains just behind, drive or take the bus to the towns Silifke or Erdemli (20km away), visit historical artifacts like the Cavern of Heaven and Hell, Roman ruins of Elaiussa-Sebaste, get the ferry to Cyprus, shopping and sightseeing in Mersin (70km), enjoy the panoramic view on the highway to Anamur. No matter if you are looking for a quiet and romantic place to relax or if you’re looking for adventure, sports and culture, you will find your place here.
Since 2009 we have pleased guests in our lovely 2-floor villa only 100 m from sea and only 2 km from Kizkalesi. You will find 140 sqm villa with 3 balconys, up-to-date furniture, full equipped kitchen. Two master bedrooms with outstanding views of sea. Just a few meters outside you have access to community pool with sunbeds. The complex is very calm and quiet. Just a 20 minutes drive in each direction you have the towns Erdemli or Silifke. Kizkalesi/Narlikuyu area is also historically interesting with lovely mountains around the corner. My guests always have access to 24/7 help by my caretaker/guard if needed. You are very welcome! Thea area around Narlikuyu is filled with a special and lovely scenery. Also historically fascinating. Big town Mersin is just an hour drive away.
