Villa is situated in a quiet area near the centre of Hvar old tow town. Pictures show you how close to the sea it is. only 100m far from the pool and garden. Pedestrian zone and the main road from the Hvar old town is connected with villa so it is easily reached on foot or by car. Parking ensured. The villa is surrounded by a centenary pine forest which will enclose you in a magnificent smell. This area provides you with a grocery store and restaurant too.
The spacious holiday villa has only recently been fully renovated in 2019. It offers a generous living space of 320 m², spread across two floors. The villa can accommodate up to seven guests. Each floor has a kitchen and a living room with bedrooms: In total, the house offers two kitchens, two living rooms, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a separate guest toilet and a games room with PS4 games for kids. GROUND FLOOR The ground floor has one bedroom with a sea view (bed size 180 x 200 cm) and a bathroom with a shower. On this floor, you also find the games room (with PS4) with a sofa bed for one person (size 140 x 200 cm). Also, it has a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. The ground floor has a direct exit to the pool area. UPPER FLOOR The attic floor features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. This floor has a comfortable terrace offering magnificent sea views across the Pkleni island archipelago.
The outdoor area has a great infinity pool, size 4 x 6 meters and 1.5 meters deep. From the pool, guests will enjoy of relaxing view of the Adriatic sea. Unique benefits of enjoying sitting around the pool are magnificent panoramic views across the Pakleni Island archipelago. The pool area is surrounded by a centenary pine forest enclosing the whole area in a magnificent smell. There is a BBQ as well as a parking place for 2 cars.
