Positive: The house was beautiful, beautifully furnished and very clean. The owners gave us a very warm welcome and were always available to help. We had some minor technical problems, which they fixed as soon as possible. Even though the house is not next to the sea I would highly recommend it for a holiday. There are beautiful walking paths nearby.
