For the exclusive use of the apartment a large garden of 200 square meters immersed in the beautiful olive trees that shade the entire area and where to prepare delicious barbecue, large pergola adjacent to the garden of 30 square meters where you can enjoy moments of relaxation, and equipped small terrace on the first floor of about 20 square meters where you can relax with friends.
The apartment on the 1st floor is divided into two large rooms plus a bathroom with a comfortable and large shower.
At the entrance we find a beautiful fully equipped open space kitchen with a dining area that overlooks a naturalistic panorama. In the second large room we find in the open space two comfortable double beds with the possibility of using them also as single beds. The bathroom serving the rooms has a comfortable shower.
