Two bedrooms with double beds (convertible into singles) two bathrooms with shower and an external bathroom with washing machine. Bed linen and towels included; weekly change. Large bright living room with satellite TV. The house is surrounded by a large garden with cypresses, olive groves and is suitable for children; baby bed and high chair available. On request heating Euro 15 every 4 hours. The pool is shared with the other units (mt10X5,50 depth 140cm). Tourist tax 2,00 Euro per person per night, excluding children up to 14 years. The village of Tavarnelle is 1 km away and is reachable by foot, where there are restaurants, bars, supermarket, banks, post office, pharmacy, church and bus to Florence and Siena. From the structure it is possible to walk in the Tuscan countryside and admire the beauty of the landscapes. Being the central area between Florence (30 minutes) and Siena (40 minutes) you can quickly get to San Gimignano, Colle Val d'Elsa, Radda and Greve in Chianti, Volterra (50 minutes) and in about an hour and a half to the sea of Versilia (Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi). Florence Peretola Airport can be reached in 30-40 minutes and Pisa Airport in 50-60 minutes.

Summary: I was travelling with my sister and our husbands. we stayed at this property for 5 nights. I couldn't be more delighted with the location, the cleanliness, and the beauty of this home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting this corner of the world. The owners being on site was also very helpful, and even though there are other apartments, we never heard them or saw them.
