We renovated the holiday home Annis Haus am See with a lot of love and made it comfortable. Whether with the family, as a couple or alone, whether in sunshine or rain, you can always feel comfortable here and unwind with a view of the lake. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, bedroom, a small hallway with a cloakroom, kitchen and the cozy living and dining room. The kitchen is equipped with all the important basics. In the summer months, the large garden terrace invites you to have breakfast with a view of the lake. When the temperatures are colder, you can also have a cozy breakfast in the bright dining room in the morning sun with a view of the lake. The living room is equipped with several comfortable seats, cozy blankets, a small selection of books and magazines, a television and a portable sound box. The bedroom has a 1.80m wide bed and a spacious wardrobe. In a separate small hallway, a ladder staircase leads up to the converted loft, where there is an additional bedroom with a 1.40m wide bed and a fold-out sofa bed. Especially in the summer months you can use the spacious terrace with a high-quality charcoal grill. In the morning you can enjoy the sunshine on the jetty with another terrace and from midday on the entire property. Sufficient shade can be ensured at all times using the electric awnings that cover the entire garden front of the holiday home. When the weather is clear, you can experience spectacular sunsets over the lake! A towel package (regular towel, shower towel and outdoor bath towel) and bed linen are available at an additional cost. A small washing machine and a dryer are available for individual use at any time. Several parking spaces are also available. The holiday home is designed for a maximum of four people.
