One double and one triple bedroom (one of which is a bunk bed) with wardrobes and bedside tables. An additional toddler bed is available. Winter garden/balcony. Walking distance to the next bus stop 3 minutes, to the railway station 10 minutes. Normal water consumption, lighting and cooking electricity are included in the all-inclusive price. The tenant undertakes to keep the flat clean. Cooking utensils and crockery must be left clean for the next tenant. Internet access is free of charge. Care must be taken of the furniture and other furnishings. The technical equipment must not be tampered with. Damage must be reported to the caretaker immediately. The landlord must be compensated appropriately.
