The flat is designed for 4 people (extra bed for 2 people possible) and a small child (baby) and was completed in 2019. The manor house stands on a large plot in a very quiet location. It is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, flat screen TV, radio, WLAN), kitchen (electric cooker with oven Ceran, refrigerator without freezer, microwave, dining table, various kitchen appliances [small freezer extra]), bedroom (double bed and tiled stove) children / guest room (90 x 200cm and cot), bathroom with shower and toilet, central heating.

Fishing enthusiasts can fish well in the Strelasund via the nearby water sports club in Parow, where boats can also be slipped in. Of course, the fish can be smoked or frozen on site.
