Stylish 3-rooms apartment directly at the Lugano Lake / Italian side, across from Morcote (Switzerland, 5 min boat or car ride to Swiss border), with panoramic lake views in a peaceful and sunny location.
The complex with 60 units includes a private beach with access to the lake about 300 meters away (7-10 min walk down the stairs).
The renovated ground floor apartment has a living area of about 65 sqm plus 35 sqm terrace and garden and a small garden at the bedrooms (back) side. The apartment is fully furnished. This includesluxurious and exclusive Cinius bed with electrically height adjustable ("Rising") loft and anatomical pillows (memory foam), compact pouf bed, all bought at the end of 2014. The walls are decorated with carefully selected works of art brought from Holland, Ecuador, United Kingdom and Mauritius.
The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of dishes. The multiple towels are provided and included in the price.
The apartment was renovated in 2014 and is in excellent and mint condition. The renovation put great attention to details (see photos). All floors are covered with terracotta tiles. The heating is central with timer (gas boiler). From the living room you can enjoy the stunning views over the lake at Lugano through the large panoramic window to the garden terrace, which is also very nice at night with the lights. All windows are additionally provided with mosquito nets. The bedrooms also have shutters. There is an outside fireplace for grilling and inside one for cozier atmosphere.
The apartment is located above the lakeside road Ponte Tresa - Porto Ceresio in a gated community with 60 apartments, all built into the hillside. Thus, a beautiful, unobstructed view of Lake Lugano Caslano / Agno is given over to Morcote/Brusino Arsizio.
For water sports enthusiasts there is the possibility of the private port facility and boat rental.
The apartment is located 15 minutes (10km) from the Agno airport and an hour from Malpensa Airport and Milan, 25 minutes drive to the city of Lugano and Como Lake, 20 minutes from the famous Outlet Foxtown in Mendrisio, 15 min to Swiss Miniature (by car or directly by scheduled boat (from March to October - Porto Ceresio - Melide Swiss miniature)) and only 5 minutes drive to an easy hiking route to Unesco Heritage Monte San Giorgio.
