The mild climate of Boissano, a few minutes from the famed Loano (SV), invites you to enjoy life in the open air: at Perla Pellegrina you can spend moments of pure relaxation in the shade of the large pergola in the garden, relax in the panoramic heated swimming pool with solarium and breathe the salty air while contemplating the sea.
Arranged on 56 sqm, the three-room Perla Pellegrina is characterized by the strong presence of white tones in the kitchen, shelves and table in perfect harmony with the gray tones of the sofa bed and tiles. The resulting overall picture gives the eye a feeling of harmony and cleanliness of the lines which are absolutely unique. Refrigerator, freezer, induction plates, microwave, coffee pod, dishwasher and flat screen TV complete the living room.
In the master bedroom there is a large wardrobe with shelves, the bedroom has single beds; in the modern bathroom the shower has a resin floor, the sanitary fixtures are suspended. Air conditioning and heating are ensured by the split in each room; in the beautiful garden under the pergola, conviviality is ensured by a fine table with wooden chairs.
