Positive: There was no breakfast but we appreciated having a full kitchen to cook in. Location was extremely hard to find we had two GPS devices both of which sent us in circles. Also no house numbers on the site. It was a guessing game.
Negative: There were beetles crawling on the walls. We killed at least a dozen. Also used mini soaps in the bathroom were were very unappealing.
Summary: It was perfect as we only needed a place to sleep and cook our meals.
