Summary: There was no staff and you got a code to get in but really didn't need one as the front door was easy to enter. The property itself is nice and lots of amenities for guests on each floor. However no on site staff at all. I didn't like the bed as it was hard and uncomfortable. This was the only bed in a 14 day stint that did not create a relaxing sleep. However every things else was fine ,,, just need to upgrade the beds...PLEASE.
