The historic Hoover Cabin offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, featuring a traditional log cabin design that exudes timeless appeal. The cabin comfortably accommodates 4 guests, making it an ideal choice for couples seeking a romantic escape, friends on an adventure, or a small family getaway.
Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin is located in the Log Cabin Inn overlooking the beautiful McKenzie River that can be seen as you relax on our deck.
WHY TWO FRONT DOORS?
Originally, the cabin consisted of two separate units but has been transformed into a single 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Our cozy cabin consist of two bedrooms that can each accommodate 2 guests. Our primary bedroom features a large queen bed while the 2nd bedroom has a trundle bed that when pulled out can sleep two as well.
Our kitchen features all you need to cook a nice warm meal with a stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, and all the kitchenware essentials. Our living room has a Smart TV for you to enjoy while relaxing as well as an electric fireplace for additional warmth and visual calmness. To the left of the kitchen is a short hallway that leads the the guest bathroom and the deck along with 4 fishing poles available to you in case you feel like catching a meal.
Our two bathrooms (one located in the primary bedroom and the other just behind the kitchen) are both full size for your comfort. Both consist of a standing shower with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel as well as a vanity with a full size mirror when you need to get ready for the day.
Our screened in deck is perfect for you to take in all the fresh air that McKenzie Bridge offers. From the deck you can see and hear the McKenzie River flowing through while you sit on the rocking chair and relax. During the evening, the string lights will keep the deck lit and the electric patio heater can be turned on to keep the deck nice and warm on a cool night.
For pet owners, a dog crate, dog bed, sofa cover, and dog bowls (all located in the primary bedroom) are available for your use so that your furry one can enjoy the cabin with you.
