Summary: We arrive on Tuesday 5/10 at 3:45pm. We were able to finally get in at 4:18om. House smelt like old grandmas house which was memorable to us because we once owned an historical home. Everyone found their room but the king was only a queen which we were disappointed at. Anne, the owner, didn’t even know as she replied when asked “that she thought it was a king”. Kitchen was amazing and the patio outside was perfect. We struggled with lights when it got dark as many lamps were missing or had no bulbs at all. The side porch was disgustingly filthy and although it was cleaned the next morning the excuse was “there is lots of pollen and it would be the same tomorrow”. That was very untrue as it barely became dirty through our stay. Dinning room was advertised as seating for 12 but only 10. It worked great and we spent most meals on the upper deck. Plenty of parking and nicely equipped parking. Unfortunately it was very loud as it’s on a Main Street. We were expecting a quiet neighborhood. Even though only 2 bathrooms it was perfect for us. We struggled with tv remotes but finally figured out what belonged to the right tv and it was nice to have available for our 3 year old granddaughter. Pictures on VRBO make the house look different then actual but it really was perfect for us, going to our daughters college graduation. We had difficulty at check out and couldn’t reach Anne and have tried to contact her after departing with no return texts or calls. A little disappointed but ok
