Nestled on the waterfront of Dauphin Island’s beautiful west end, you have the best of both worlds! Enjoy your private north shoreline bay beach with a private lagoon in your own back yard and enjoy views of the Gulf too! You’ll spend your stay loving the multiple decks where you can relax in the shade, soak up the sun and gaze at incredible sunset skies.
HipNautic has a fabulous layout and is designed to maximize the great views! Before you even enter the home, you’ll appreciate the large waterfront ground level deck with views of the lagoon and Bayfront beach along with a hanging swing, outdoor furnishings, picnic table and gas grill. HipNautic also has concrete parking under the home, convenient covered entry stairs and an outdoor shower.
The first floor south exterior covered deck has great Gulf views. Entering the home you’ll be impressed with HipNautic’s décor and layout. East of the first floor entry hall is a full bath with a shower and custom barn doors that glide open to reveal the large laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer. West of the entry hall is the southeast Queen bedroom which has DirecTV, ceiling fan and Gulf view. A short hall leads you west to the Northwest Queen bedroom with DirecTV and ceiling fan, the west full bath with tub/shower, double vanity and the Southwest Queen bedroom with DirecTV, ceiling fan and gulf view. The southwest Queen bedroom also has a private exit onto the south Gulf view deck.
Take the custom designed staircase to the second floor where you’ll find the spacious North master bedroom with it’s King bed, DirecTV, ceiling fan and private waterfront balcony. The third full bath with shower and double vanity is centrally located in the hallway between the master bedroom and the South bunk room. The South bunk room has two fabulous double twin bunk with staircase top bunk access and one twin trundle can be pulled out from under the bunk bed. The bunk room also has a gulf view and DirecTV. All linens are provided.
Check out the views from the living area of HipNatuic! Windows and sliding doors showcase the wide expanse of the waterfront beach. You’ll love design of the kitchen and comfort of the living room furnishings with its push button recliner sofa, large flat screen TV with DirecTV.
