Located in fabulous Coorong Quays, relax and enjoy this quality appointed fully furnished property. Semi detached with reserve to one side and extensive lawn area in front, the property enjoys tranquil marina outlook from all main rooms plus the opportunity to moor your own boat in front! Formal and informal living over 2 levels includes: spacious balcony and verandah areas, 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large open plan ground floor living area including kitchen, dine and lounge.
Price includes all linen, beach towels and basic amenities. A cleaning fee of $120 will be charged per stay.
The north-aspect rear courtyard combines with the double garage to provide a spacious, private all weather entertaining area with BBQ.
If you have a boat, the Marina berth directly in front of the property can be leased on a casual basis by negotiation with the Coorong Quays Marina for $20 per day.
Included for your enjoyment is a collection of DVDs (including children's), records, CDs, board games, puzzles and access to 3 x bikes (with helmets and Hi-visibility vests). 4 x life jackets are also available for use.
Self check-in is via key safe. Codes for the safe will be sent prior to arrival and the home security system will be disarmed before arrival.
