Summary: It’s a new hotel- hardware is superb. Service is good and staff is very friendly. However it turns out the AC in the room turns itself back to default temperature in a few hours - even when we are still in the room. Hotel staff explained that it only shuts off when it doesn’t detect anyone in the room. But it shuts off in the evening when we are sleeping. It’s very annoying that we need to manually restart/reset the temperature. Other than that it’s a great hotel and we had a good experience. (All rooms’ AC behaved the same , we switched room )
