Positive: Our arrival was terrible!!
Negative: We got there 30 minutes early from check in time. We called to let them know we arrived early and they informed us the house was still dirty. No one was around the house. We called multiple times and spoke to several different people and all they could tell us was an email would be sent. I had 2 elderly people with me who needed to use the restroom from our 4 hour ride and we weren’t able to get in the house until after check in time!
