Dahlonega has so much to offer any time of the year from festivals to wineries and breweries, and the most adorable downtown filled with restaurants, shopping and the Historic Gold Museum. This home is the perfect getaway if you're looking for relaxation and/ or adventure. Enjoy the front porch while watching butterflies around the butterfly bush or the back patio while sipping wine or coffee and watching the deer. Hang out in the fully finished basement complete with shuffleboard table & game room or the backyard where you can roast smores around the built in firepit. 7 Smart TV’s throughout the home in each bedroom & gathering area to log into your preferred viewing apps! There is also plenty of parking for up to 4 cars.

The front porch has two rocking chairs and a view of the beautiful forest and a butterfly bush that during spring and summer hosts a variety of butterflies. While visiting in the fall and winter months you will be taking in breathtaking views from miles away!

Patio & Backyard

The bunk room is located in the basement right off of the game room and has a bunk bed with 2 full size beds along with a twin trundle bed that slides out from under the bottom bunk. This room also has a good size closet, a smart tv, a dresser and a giant, cozy beanbag chair perfect for lounging.

The master on main setup features an extremely comfortable king size bed, a 55’ Smart Tv, a dresser, lamps with usb connection ports, a color changing electric fireplace, a master bath with tub and shower, double sinks and a very large walk in closet.
