Summary: We booked this property for my parent's 50th anniversary and a family reunion with 30 family members. The house is situated high on a hill overlooking Gatlinburg and has amazing views. It has a small level yard that was mostly fenced in, so that was a bonus for the kids to play in. The movie theater, video games and pool table were nice, and it had plenty of seating in the kitchen and space to spread out inside. The decks are large and have great views. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work the whole week even though maintenance came out several times to look at it. Even worse, the kitchen had roaches. When we complained after the first day, they sent someone to spray, but we still came upon roaches on the kitchen counters several more times throughout the week. Very gross. One of the showers on the main floor also leaked into the basement bathroom. For the price we paid per night we had high expectations and were disappointed by these negatives.
