Situated in Coorong Quays Marina this brand new holiday home consisting of five bedrooms, four bathrooms and two living areas is just the spot to enjoy water activities or simply gaze at the boats that cruise by and spot the swans and other bird life that visit frequently.
The Space:
The quality is evident as soon as you enter the front TV room with large L-shaped lounge suite.
At the rear of the home is a very spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area with fabulous views of the river.
The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, electric cooktop, extra-large oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and separate pantry. Dine at the beautiful table that will seat ten people, all the while having views across the river. As with the front TV room the rear area has an elegant modular lounge suite and TV by the full glass windows and doors leading to the newly landscaped yard and water’s edge.
Bedroom one is at the rear of the home overlooking the river. It includes a queen bed, large walk in robe and a very spacious ensuite with double basins, shower and toilet.
Bedroom two is spacious and includes a queen bed, built in robe and has an ensuite with a shower, toilet and vanity.
