Hermoso!!!! y cómodo departamento con alberca!!!! Un lugar tranquilo para disfrutar con la familia y/o amigos. ¡Disfruta un excelente clima! Cuenta con todos los servicios. Dispones de camastros para la alberca, sombrilla, hay un asador de carnes disponible en la alberca, sin restricción de horarios. El departamento esta en un 4o piso, tiene agua caliente, 2 recámaras matrimoniales con ventilador y closets, un sofácama matrimonial, comedor, cocina equipada (refri, microondas, parrilla de 4 quemadores) con accesorios de cocina, artículos básicos de aseo personal, acceso a internet, consola Play Station 3 y ¡TV con conexión a Netflix! Algunos juegos de mesa disponibles.
La parrilla es de gas, hay un encendedor disponible dentro del cajón de cubiertos. Se tienen sartenes y ollas disponibles para guisar. Jabón y fibra para trastes en la parte de abajo de la alacena, justo abajo del lavabo. Se tiene un filtro de agua 100% potable al lado del grifo del lavabo de los trastes. Microondas y refri disponibles. Los camastros se deben colgar donde se encuentran. Hay juegos de mesa disponibles. El asador de carnes de la alberca está totalmente disponible, favor de no dejar basura en el área de la alberca y asador. Se tienen bolsas de basura en el cajón que está abajo del comedor. La basura se puede recolectar y dejar en el deposito de basura que esta a la salida de la privada, justo a un lado de la reja. Para el acceso a Netflix se debe encender el PS3, con el botón P3 del control carga la aplicación, después para navegar se usa el control con los botones y palancas, con el botón "x" das acceso a lo que gustes, cuando encuentres TV y video, entras a NETFLIX, una vez que carga la aplicación puedes ingresar a cualquier perfil y listo. Si puedes mantener las coladeras tapadas para evitar que se metan insectos (coladera de regadera del WC, lava manos del WC, coladera del lavabo de la cocina, coladera de piso de la zotehuela y coladera de lavadero de cemento de la zotehuela). Favor de cerrar el departamento con las 2 chapas de la puerta. Las llaves tienen un código de acceso, el cual es entregado al momento de confirmar la reserva.
